Tonight will be the first session of our Sikh Sabha Gatka Training.
Forms are attached and details are listed below:

What: SSNJ Gatka Training
When: Thursday Nights - 6 pm to 8 pm
Where: Sikh Sabha of New Jersey Side Parking Lot
Fees: $20 for 4 week sessions, or $10 per session attended
Notes: Fresh fruit and water will be provided to all participants.
Please be sure to wear appropriate sneakers and attire for exercise.
All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Males and females of all age groups and experience levels are encouraged
to attend. Attendees will not be allowed to participant if forms are
not completely filled and signed by parent or legal guardian. Please
call me in case of inclement weather.
