  • March 23, 2013 – Saturday – Holla Mohalla – Basant Raag Darbar.  Timings 6:30 PM onwards Keertan by:
  1. Bhai Rajinder Singh Raja

  4. Bhai Parkash Singh Jee (Lawrenceville Hazoori Raagi)
  • April 6th and every first Saturday of the month – Simran Program 9 am to 10 am. Request for Sangat to reach Gurdwara Sahib at 8.45 AM.
  • April 10th – Sukhmani Sahib Paath – 7pm to 9pm.

  1. April 12th – 14th Akhand Path – Sign Up Sheet will be available at the Gurdwara Sahib in the upcoming weeks.

  • April 20th – 1 Pm – Sikh Youth Symposium Speech Competition – please provide names to Jeevanjot Kaur and/or  Sutinder Singh at Gurudwara Sahib on Sunday.  Books/Registration forms are available.
  • Sikh Day Parade – April 27th.  Sign up for buses is at the Gurdwara Sahib.
  • Ongoing:

HOLA MAHALLA 2010:This Samagam is in celebration of Hola Mahalla. During this spring, on March 20th, Lawrenceville Gurdwara Sahib will be hosting Gatka followed by a Gurmat Sanget Raag Darbar, where all compositions by Raagi Jathas will be performed in purely Nirdharit Raag for the entire evening. This is a DO NOT MISS for Raag and Gurmat Sangeet lovers in North America. Aey Deedar Baksho Jee!!

**Sikh Games 2009 Schedule**

**Sikh Games 2009 Schedule**

The full 2009 Sikh Games Schedule has been released.  Some additional announcements:

  • The  Games will be held a the West Orange High School which is located at – 51 Conforti Ave, West Orange NJ 07052.
  • Opening ceremonies, boys basketball and all boys and girls track events will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. The coordinators at the games have urged us that if  participants are not in attendance they will not be allowed to participate.  We urge all parents and participants to arrive at 8 AM for shirt distribution and so we can get our teams organized and stretched out.  PLEASE BE ON TIME!
  • All participants must have a Photo ID with a Birthdate.  This has cost us problems in the past – if the childs ID is not present they will most likely not be able to participate.  Please make sure they have an ID prior to each event and game.
  • We strongly encourage all sangat members and parents to come and attend the events – it will be great support for our children who have worked so hard!  Transportation to the games is the responsibilities of the parents no transportation will be provided
  • Shirts will be distributed Saturday morning of the games and we are excited to have another new design this year.

**Sikh Games Practice June 28th and July 4th Weekend**

This weeks Sikh Games practice will be held at the Volleyball courts at Mercer County Park.  Mercer County Park has three sand volleyball courts located near the Marina/West Picnic area.  Please be sure to arrive promptly at 2:30 pm.  Practice will end at 5:30 pm.

For those who have not signed their medical release forms please do so.  Forms can be downloaded from this website or can found at the Gurudwara Sahib.

There will be NO practice July 4th weekend.  We urge all the Fauj who aren’t traveling with their families to try to practice on their own.
