The registration of the Khalsa School for the Spring, 2010 session has started. Download the registration form or you can receive a paper copy at the Treasurer’s desk at Lawrenceville Gurudwara Sahib.

All returning and new students must register for the spring session. We request that you register your child as soon as possible but certainly not later than January 31st, 2010. The regular classes for the spring session will start on February 7th, 2010.

Please also note the schedule for the next three weeks:

• January 24th, 2010:  Regular Classes & Review for Fall Semester Final Exam and Spring Semester Registration
• January 31st 2010: Fall Semester Final Exams and Spring Semester Registration Continues
• February 7th, 2010: Regular Classes, Spring Semester Begins, Review Fall Semester Final Exam Results with Parents

Program Schedule

7 p.m.  to 7:30 p.m. - Rehraas
7:30  p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Keertan and Samapti by Bhai Parkash Singh Jee and Jatha
9 p.m. - Guru Ka Langar

January 8th to January 10th - Guru Gobind Singh Jee Prakash Utsav Akhand Paath. Akhand Paath Arambh at 4 a.m. on January 8th and bhog on January 10th.  Pathee list posted at Gurudwara Sahib.

2009 New Years Eve Program Schedule:

• 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Rehraas Sahib
• 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sangat Keertan
• 9:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Katha by Bhai Amarjeet Singh
• 9:45 p.m. to Midnight Keertan by Bhai Prakash Singh Jee and Jatha

January 3rd - Professor Surinder Singh Jee of Raj Academy, United Kingdom has been invited to do keertan from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm. All other regular diwan schedule will follow.

January 5th - *Special* Keertan Program for Guru Gobind Singh Jee Prakash Utsav. Program Commences at 7 p.m. with Samapti at 9 p.m.

January 8th to January 10th - Guru Gobind Singh Jee Prakash Utsav Akhand Paath. Akhand Paath Arambh at 4 a.m. on January 8th and bhog on January 10th.

January 10th - *Khalsa School* back in session

January 17th - *Special Keertan by Khalsa School* for Guru Gobind Singh Jee Prakash Utsav

Due to the inclement weather, the Gurudwara Sahib will have a delayed program starting at 11:30 a.m. with Samapti at 1:00 p.m.

Sikh Sabha Management

The full 2009 Sikh Games Schedule has been released.  Some additional announcements:

• The  Games will be held a the West Orange High School which is located at - 51 Conforti Ave, West Orange NJ 07052.
• Opening ceremonies, boys basketball and all boys and girls track events will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. The coordinators at the games have urged us that if  participants are not in attendance they will not be allowed to participate.  We urge all parents and participants to arrive at 8 AM for shirt distribution and so we can get our teams organized and stretched out.  PLEASE BE ON TIME!
• All participants must have a Photo ID with a Birthdate.  This has cost us problems in the past - if the childs ID is not present they will most likely not be able to participate.  Please make sure they have an ID prior to each event and game.
• We strongly encourage all sangat members and parents to come and attend the events - it will be great support for our children who have worked so hard!  Transportation to the games is the responsibilities of the parents no transportation will be provided
• Shirts will be distributed Saturday morning of the games and we are excited to have another new design this year.
